📋 Description

• Research, identify, and recruit creators, influencers, affiliates, and partners whose audience aligns with our target market and business objectives • Negotiate partnership terms, including contracts, deliverables, timelines, compensation models, and affiliate commission structures • Develop creative briefs and review partner content and deliverables to ensure brand alignment, accuracy, and quality • Track and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, affiliate revenue) and report on ROI to optimize future initiatives • Stay current on influencer marketing trends, competitor activity, and emerging creators, while building product/technical expertise to speak credibly with creators

🎯 Requirements

• Strong outreach and partnership development skills • Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing external partnerships • Affiliate, performance partnership, and influencer marketing knowledge • Social media platform expertise (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Podcasts) • Technical aptitude to quickly understand and communicate product features, benefits, and use cases • Project management and stakeholder coordination • Performance tracking, analytics, and ROI measurement • Excellent written and spoken English. Additional languages are a plus. • Thrives in a fast-paced environment • Previous remote job experience
