📋 Description

• Develop, test, implement, and integrate Identity and Access Management systems and solutions • Perform basic integration testing of systems • Execute engineering tasks to protect information resources against unauthorized use, inappropriate access, disclosure, damage, or loss • Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions • Assess impact and prioritization and recommend responses to complex problems, issues, and defects • Execute maintenance, patching, operation, and monitoring of IAM systems • Support and resolve system incidents, problems, and changes • Facilitate adoption, training, communication, and education of IAM capabilities, functions, and standards • Refine reusable strategies, decisions, service components, libraries, and frameworks for enterprise-level IAM services • Monitor legal, regulatory, and technology changes affecting operations and inform management and staff • Maintain professional contacts and memberships in relevant organizations and publications • Attend meetings, seminars, and conferences • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Information Security, IAM Engineering and/or Systems Analysis • 3 years of experience with IAM concepts including identity life cycle management, role-based access control, authentication, authorization, access control, multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, and cryptography • 3 years of experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, DiLinea, CyberArk, Duo, OIM, OAM, Ping Identity, SecureAuth, RadiantLogic, Centrify, Entra, and RACF • 3 years of experience with programming/scripting languages such as Java, C#/C++, Java BeanShell, XML, Unix shell scripting, JavaScript, PowerShell, and Python • 3 years of experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Oracle, SQL Server, SQL queries, Linux/Unix, Windows, Apache, IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, FIDO, and SCIM • Preferred: 3 years of experience with network security architecture, networking protocols, HITRUST CSF or NIST 800-83, SAFe Agile, and financial, healthcare, or other regulated industries • Knowledge of HITRUST CSF, NIST 800-83, PCI, HIPAA, HITECH, COBIT, ISO 27001/2, and ITIL3 • Familiarity with secure SDLC best practices • Knowledge of Microsoft Apps and Suites, Windows Server, and SharePoint • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills • Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline • No required licenses or certifications • Language other than English: None • Travel requirement: 0%–25%
