📋 Description

• Drive continued growth for Neat by identifying new customers • Leverage regional networks to uncover new business • Attend events and act as an ambassador for Neat • Evaluate territory and vertical opportunities and own the strategic approach for the area • Monitor market trends, competitor landscape and opportunities • Feed market insights back to product and development teams • Provide mentorship and coaching within the team • Define, design and iterate sales processes for Neat’s hyper-growth stage

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in driving effective sales practice • Regional experience of customers in small businesses • Experience scaling a fast-growth technology business • Experience designing strategic go-to-market plans • Track record in developing new business and growing new business areas • Knowledge of video conferencing is a plus but not a requirement • Must be based in Seattle, WA, US • Ability to cover Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming
