📋 Description

• Assist in the design and development of Pega applications • Configure case management, user interfaces, decision rules, and workflows • Participate in testing, debugging, and documenting applications • Collaborate with senior developers, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions • Maintain clear and organized documentation for solutions and processes • Learn and apply Pega best practices, guardrails, and coding standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Stem field • Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Pega Platform or other BPM solutions • Basic knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (Java or similar), SQL, and database concepts • Experience in designing and developing user interfaces (UI) • Configuring flows, creating Data Pages, and implementing reporting solutions • Problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn • Good communication and teamwork abilities • Pega CSA (Certified System Architect v8 or Higher) certification • Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Italian would be nice to have.
