• Introduces students to the formative stages of the UX research process including concepts and techniques used to understand users and their needs/behaviours/tasks/goals • Learn methods for communicating results including data-driven personas, journey maps and storyboards • Students are required to complete the TCPS course on research ethics
• Master’s Degree • Teaching experience at the college or university level or experience providing training in UX qualitative research or equivalent is required • Applied qualitative research practice involving human subjects or equivalent is required • Commitment to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in the classroom is preferred • Currency with industry best practices and tools relevant to the course is preferred
