📋 Description

• The Medical Staff Registration Administrator assists with administrative activities related to medical staff onboarding, medical staff bylaw support; and information management related to medical staff documentation. • As a member of the Provincial Medical Administration Office and under the general direction of the Provincial Medical Staff Immigration and Onboarding Specialist. • Work closely with a variety of entities to support the onboarding of physician assistants/clinical assistants to Shared Health/Winnipeg Regional Health Authority Programs. • Assist with administrative activities related to supporting medical staff bylaws and information management as directed by the Executive Director and Manager of the Provincial Medical Administration Office.

🎯 Requirements

• Five years directly related experience in progressively responsible administrative roles required. • Previous experience in healthcare administration required. • Experience with the development, maintenance and ongoing report generation from spreadsheets and databases required. • Requires experience interacting with medical staff in highly-sensitive situations.
