📋 Description

• Be responsible for programming and commissioning various systems, calibrating equipment, integrating with central systems, and providing customer training • Execute project delivery tasks while meeting budget and schedule requirements • Manage and plan timelines for specific project delivery and maintenance tasks • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various digital control systems • Ensure optimization of customer sites • Provide technical sales support as needed, and participate in estimating new projects or service contracts with sales representatives • Participate in on-call rotation (stand-by) • Work closely with dispatch and customers to meet client and organizational expectations • Be responsible for the satisfaction of a portfolio of customers, deliver five‑star service, and provide advice and recommendations to clients • Be responsible for documenting work according to standards and maintaining documentation • Maintain and grow business volume for assigned contracts and projects • Must be able to travel up to 10% within the province of Quebec and be available on call

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma in instrumentation/control, building mechanics, industrial automation, or other relevant field • Minimum 2 years of experience in building mechanics, automation (industrial or building), or automatic control • Minimum one year of experience using basic Windows and Microsoft Office • Class 5 driver's license • Written comprehension of English • Ability to travel within the province up to a maximum of 10% of the time • Ability to work on-call (stand-by) • Selected candidate must obtain client-required security clearances
