📋 Description

• Support change efforts on medium- to large-scale, complex projects using change, project management, and Lean principles • Work across all project lifecycle stages, including scoping, planning, management, and implementation • Liaise with internal and external partners, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration, consensus, accountability, and adoption • Maintain project reports, records, and documentation • Identify change impacts, desired mindsets, and behavior changes needed to realize project benefits • Support development of change management strategies and plans using the EPMO toolset • Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings to identify needs and build alignment • Analyze business needs and process impacts for business cases, project proposals, and project plans • Create tactical engagement and transition plans • Collaborate with senior change managers and project or process improvement managers • Monitor and communicate adoption status to sponsors, business owners, and stakeholders • Prepare presentations and reports on project adoption and status • Facilitate consensus within divergent groups • Measure adoption and monitor change integration • Identify and mitigate risks and barriers to project goals • Ensure compliance with applicable standards, policies, laws, rules, and regulations • Establish adoption measurement methods and course-correct as needed • Use change management toolkits and templates • Apply advanced change management techniques to facilitate adoption • Track adoption and mitigation needs • Develop and recommend processes and process improvements • Maintain records, information, documentation, and reports • Close project files and provide change sustainment plans at project completion • Evaluate post-implementation progress and challenges and identify improvement opportunities • Provide subject matter expertise for implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of internal systems, technology, and analytics • Participate in business-unit planning, performance metrics, cross-department initiatives, training, communities of practice, and EPMO tool maturation • Recommend and draft policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years of change management experience • Experience supporting a variety of medium- and large-scale change efforts • Minimum of 1 year of experience on complex information systems projects • Change management training • Change Management certification (Prosci, Kotter, etc.) preferred • Training, organizational development, technical writing, or other relevant certifications preferred • Scrum, Agile, and/or PMI project management certification preferred • 1 or more years of health plan operations experience preferred • Strong knowledge of project management and organizational change management principles, methods, and techniques • Knowledge of agile and waterfall project management frameworks • Ability to apply Lean, PDSA, or Six Sigma process improvement techniques • Ability to develop detailed change plans aligned with timeline and budget guidelines • Ability to manage multiple activities, matrixed teams, organizational communications, and competing priorities • Excellent Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Mural skills • Resource planning and negotiation skills • Strong communication, documentation, meeting facilitation, and presentation skills • Ability to work with internal and external business partners and diverse individuals and groups • Ability to see, read, and perform repetitive finger and wrist movement for at least 6 hours/day • Ability to hear and speak clearly for at least 3–6 hours/day • Must reside in Oregon or Southwest Washington
