📋 Description

• Maximize sales and market share of Crop Protection Products and Seed through Independent Dealer Customers • Provide sales support and business solutions to achieve assigned goals within the South East Saskatchewan territory • Monitor and measure monthly performance against budget and implement corrective actions • Improve customer performance through in-depth coaching and training • Collaborate with market development on sales offers and presentations for channel partners and customers • Calculate return on investment and pursue new market segment and business development opportunities • Build profitability through territory business plans, prospecting, seasonal campaigns, service, and product portfolio execution • Handle complex issues independently with minimal supervision and escalate only the most complex issues • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience • Minimum of four years of related work experience • Valid, full Canadian Driver’s Licence in good standing, authorizing independent driving during employment • Ability to work outside of business hours seasonally • Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada • University degree in Agriculture or Commerce preferred • Relevant knowledge working with seed varieties and pesticides preferred • Active knowledge and use of formal professional selling skills preferred • Advanced computer skills with Microsoft applications preferred • Ability to manage interpersonal relationships preferred • Good oral and written communication skills preferred • Ability and willingness to make decisions independently preferred
