📋 Description
• Provide food safety, quality, and regulatory leadership for a group of plants • Partner with stakeholders to create alignment on strategy and processes • Drive continuous improvement across the region • Analyze, review, and implement necessary policies for compliance • Facilitate resolution to complex issues and implement preventative action
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience • Experience in food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs • Minimum of four years of related work experience • Minimum of two years of direct supervisory experience including performance management • Travel up to 25% • Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada • Bilingual in French-Canadian and English
