📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong customer relations with strategic accounts, internal and external international partners, and global customers • Support processes to identify and contact prospective customers • Build relationships to generate future sales and repeat business • Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and solutions • Expand market share across the U.S. market through new client acquisition and account growth • Ensure achievement of sales targets and monthly budgets • Identify, develop, and typically close new sales while building a strong business-opportunity pipeline • Create product and service demand through product marketing strategies, launches, advertising campaigns, sales promotions, and brand development initiatives • Monitor customer and competitor activity, industry trends, market opportunities, and performance data • Participate in status and strategy meetings with customers’ senior management • Execute sales plans to protect, grow, and diversify targeted customer relationships • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Sales teams • Handle complex issues independently with minimal supervision and escalate the most complex issues appropriately • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, a related field or equivalent experience • Minimum of four years of related industry work experience • Ability and willingness to travel up to 60% of the time, including overnight • Experience in the Foodservice, Hotels, Restaurants, Bakery and Casinos distribution industry • Professional culinary experience • Technical and commercial expertise with customer engagement and sales negotiation experience • Chocolate and pastry application experience
