📋 Description

• Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned cases • Review and verify test orders and documentation; proactively resolve discrepancies • Coordinate with providers, clinic staff, pathology teams, and internal teams • Monitor case status and implement corrective actions • Resolve issues affecting case quality, turnaround time, and provider experience • Maintain knowledge of products, services, and platforms • Submit required reports and documentation accurately and on time • Serve as a primary operational partner and point of contact for providers • Guide providers on ordering processes, EMR workflows, and documentation • Maintain ongoing communication with providers and care teams • Educate stakeholders on products, tools, clinical applications, patient selection, and testing indications • Support staff training and onboarding on workflows, systems, and procedures • Assist providers with ordering processes and report understanding within approved scope • Coordinate documentation management and report distribution • Support billing-related inquiries through internal coordination • Track case activity and operational metrics • Execute responsibilities in alignment with policies, SOPs, and regulations • Maintain audit-ready documentation • Identify and escalate risks affecting case integrity, turnaround time, provider experience, or patient care • Document case activity and stakeholder interactions in CRM and internal systems • Share case trends, challenges, insights, and best practices with internal teams • Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements • Support consent and documentation processes and special case requirements • Participate in meetings, training, and operational improvement initiatives • Maintain accountability for company tools, systems, and equipment • Adapt communication, engagement, schedules, coverage, and workflow emphasis to client-site needs within approved guardrails • Periodic travel, including possible evenings, weekends, or holidays

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years of healthcare or diagnostics experience • 3+ years of provider-facing or customer-facing experience in clinical environments • Strong problem-solving and real-time decision-making skills • Understanding of clinic-based workflows and healthcare delivery environments • Ability to learn and use proprietary systems and platforms • Demonstrated ability to manage complex workflows • Valid driver’s license • Oncology, molecular diagnostics, or precision medicine experience preferred • Experience supporting physicians in clinical environments preferred • Experience managing end-to-end case workflows preferred • Cross-functional collaboration across care teams preferred • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements preferred • EMR and clinical systems familiarity preferred • Strong analytical and communication skills • PHI access required • Ability to manage multiple concurrent cases accurately and with attention to detail • Ability to sit/stand for extended periods • Periodic travel required, including possible evenings, weekends, or holidays • Ability to perform repetitive motion • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds • Successful completion of criminal background check, drug screening, applicable credit check, and reference verification
