📋 Description

• Develop and prepare standard and ad hoc financial, operational, and performance reports • Evaluate accounting workflows, journal entry processes, reconciliations, reporting activities, and related business processes • Collaborate with Accounting & Finance, Information Technology, external vendors, and operational stakeholders • Support Accounting and Finance projects through tracking, communication, documentation, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination • Participate in user acceptance testing, business process validation, and data review for system enhancements and process changes • Maintain process documentation, procedures, workflow diagrams, and training materials • Research accounting and finance operational issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions • Gather business requirements and evaluate improvements through technology, automation, and process redesign

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting background required • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, Accounting, or Finance • Experience/qualification factors may affect compensation, including licenses and training • Ability to support accounting operations, process improvement, financial workflows, reporting, and system-related activities • Ability to collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, external vendors, and operational stakeholders • Ability to participate in user acceptance testing, business process validation, and data review • Ability to gather business requirements and evaluate technology, automation, and process redesign opportunities
