📋 Description

• Lead discovery sessions with business leaders to uncover analytical opportunities, frame problems, and prioritize initiatives • Use SQL, Python, and Power BI to investigate KPI performance drivers across sales, operations, inventory, pricing, and related areas • Identify predictive and diagnostic analytics use cases to support forward-looking decision-making • Support the strategy for building a scalable data model for the aftermarket parts division • Translate complex findings into clear, executive-ready narratives that drive alignment and action • Build advanced analytics solutions that influence business decisions • Surface proactive alerts and root-cause detection before issues escalate • Engage business users in analytics early in decision-making • Expand business users’ understanding of what is possible with data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree • 3+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence • 2+ years of SQL experience handling complex datasets • 2+ years of experience in Power BI • 1+ years of Python experience for data analysis, automation, or predictive modeling • 1+ years of experience building AI alerting frameworks and capabilities with AI tools • Strong business acumen in finance, sales, supply chain or operations • Background in building scalable analytical programs is a plus • DAX preferred
