📋 Description

• Support finance transformation initiatives to improve business processes, controls, and operating efficiencies • Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation • Document business requirements, process flows, operating procedures, and functional specifications • Support best-practice implementation across Record-to-Report, Financial Close, Group Reporting, Intercompany, and other finance processes • Partner with Finance and IT teams on ERP and finance technology deployments • Support implementation and enhancement of SAP S/4HANA, Central Finance, Group Reporting, or similar platforms • Participate in SIT, UAT, defect management, and deployment readiness assessments • Assist with data validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities during system implementations • Partner with Finance, IT, Shared Services, and business stakeholders on transformation initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance / business administration / economics / commerce / data analytics • 5+ years of experience in Financial Systems, FP&A, Accounting, or Business Analysis • 5+ years of experience executing finance processes, including financial close, consolidation, reporting, planning, or intercompany accounting • 2+ years of experience performing reconciliation activities • 2+ years of experience supporting business process improvement or system implementation projects • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, macros, pivot tables, and writing formulas, supporting data analytics • Candidates must be authorized to work in the USA without restriction • Visa sponsorship is not available
