📋 Description

• Participate in startup and commissioning of new units at a state-of-the-art facility • Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctions • Execute regularly scheduled maintenance on heating and cooling units • Review and interpret regulatory requirements and technical documents, including blueprints and diagrams • Cultivate strong customer relationships • Escalate issues for timely resolution when necessary • Adhere to licensing requirements and operate equipment safely • Recognize HVAC-related hazards • Complete safety training and implement effective safety measures • Work independently and as part of a team • Lead teams in high-performance, customer-focused environments

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • Maintain a valid Driver’s License • Have a EPA Universal • 5+ years working experience in the HVAC Industry • 3+ years working with centrifugal chillers • Ability to lift 50lbs • Ability to stand, crawl, sit, squat, climb ladders, and work on rooftops for extended periods • OSHA 30 Certification (valued, but not required) • Experience on Carrier, Trane and Diken Air Cooled and Water-Cooled Centrifugal Chillers (valued, but not required) • Basic understanding of building automation controls (BOMAC) (valued, but not required) • Experience with data centers (valued, but not required) • Experience with Steam Turbines (valued, but not required) • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (valued, but not required) • Knowledge of ServiceMax (valued, but not required) • Strong working knowledge of 19XR, 30CF, and CDU chillers (valued, but not required) • Knowledge of air-side systems, including constant volume and VAV (valued, but not required) • Knowledge of water-side systems, including hot water, chilled water, and condenser water (valued, but not required)
