📋 Description

• Drive extensively to multiple customer sites daily • Deliver, pick up, and install new/rental portable A/C and heating equipment at job sites • Provide product and technical support under moderate supervision • Conduct technical training and product briefings with customers • Troubleshoot technical problems and issues • Determine technical solutions according to product and customer specifications • Recommend solutions and actions to customers • Clean, maintain, organize, and prepare the fleet and required accessories for rental • Maintain the warehouse and trucks for optimal efficiency • Complete and submit required paperwork, including order write-ups and rental/sales agreements

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 1+ years customer Service • Must have a valid driver’s license • Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally • Ability to climb 10ft ladder • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong phone skills • Strong organizational skills • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Basic mechanical skills and comfort using hand tools
