• Bachelors in a business or related area of study • 5+ years of consulting experience or strategic selling of complex, multi-stakeholder solutions • Experience with health & welfare benefits, health benefits/HR outsourcing, SaaS solutions, and/or benefits software required • Embraces and thrives in a startup environment • Self-starter with ability to work independently, prioritize work, and coordinate multiple tasks within tight time constraints • Ability to navigate the strategic levels of organizations, identify key decision-makers, build relationships with senior executives and schedule meetings with key stakeholders • Ability to establish strong team relationships in a matrix sales environment • Ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment • Possess consultant knowledge, executive-level contacts and relationships inside consultant/broker firms • Command of social media and marketing campaigns for the benefit of lead generation, gaining access to executives and networking with key stakeholders • Strong aptitude with business software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) • Strong business acumen • Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue • Flexibility in work schedule is required; 25-50% travel depending on location • Entrepreneurial and resourceful — As an early member of a startup, we need people who can find creative ways to make a big impact quickly and without much direction. • Experience handling deadlines, keeping many balls in the air, and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Passion for collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, client success, data, and product teams to ideate, complete projects, and drive impactful results.
