• Planning, setup and optimization of performance campaigns on Google (focus: Google Ads), YouTube and Meta • Responsibility for significant media budgets in the seven-figure range with a focus on ROAS, CAC and growth targets • Use of GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio and Conversion APIs to make data-driven decisions • Development and analysis of A/B tests, creative experiments and funnel optimizations • Close collaboration with Growth, Design and Data teams to connect paid channels with content and the customer journey • International responsibility: customers in over 80 countries and new international locations
• 4–7 years of experience in performance marketing, SEA or paid growth • Proven track record in budget management, increasing ROAS and funnel optimization • Confident use of Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager and Looker Studio • Technical understanding of tracking, attribution and conversion measurement • Analytical mindset, precise communication and an independent, responsible working style • Very good German and English skills • Nice to have: experience with Meta, YouTube, TikTok or LinkedIn Ads • Basic knowledge of landing page optimization or UX testing • Understanding of APIs, Data Layer or CRM integration
