📋 Description

• Provide occupational therapy interventions, including ADL/IADL strategies, equipment recommendations, and home modifications • Use a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to care and services • Support a restorative approach to health through interventions, health coaching, and self-management support • Utilize digital platforms for care delivery, collaboration, documentation, and intervention • Enable clients to remain at home when aligned with their personal goals

🎯 Requirements

• Registered member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario • Person- and family-centered care approach • Passion and empathy in client care • Good judgment and critical thinking in client care decisions • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively and independently • Value for home-care advocacy and enabling clients to remain at home • Ability to support clients in Waterloo and Southwest Ontario virtually
