📋 Description

• Partner with automotive repair clients to assess, improve, and standardize accounting, financial management, and operational processes • Serve as a trusted advisor and project lead to identify process gaps, implement best practices, and execute client-specific action plans • Travel to customer sites to conduct accounting, financial, and operational process reviews • Assess and document workflows for accounting, financial reporting, revenue capture, receivables, payables, budgeting, and operational performance • Review accounting systems and charts of accounts to identify opportunities for improved accuracy, consistency, and visibility • Facilitate readouts of findings and explain current-state gaps and future-state outcomes • Analyze financial statements, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls • Translate financial concepts into practical recommendations for shop owners, leadership teams, and operational managers • Develop optimized future-state accounting and operational processes • Create project plans with timelines, milestones, owners, and success metrics • Establish goals and performance targets and manage monthly action plans • Support implementation of standard operating procedures • Monitor client progress through reporting and KPI tracking • Lead monthly insight and action meetings • Conduct web-based and on-site training sessions • Drive adoption of CCC solutions and business tools • Communicate project status, risks, findings, and recommendations to internal and client stakeholders • Partner cross-functionally to align on client goals and priorities • Manage implementation-related issues • Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify improvement opportunities • Develop and maintain accounting playbooks, workflows, action plans, training resources, and client deliverables • Support customer retention and renewal through sustained performance improvement • Contribute to continuous improvement of advisory standards, tools, templates, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in accounting, finance, business advisory, consulting, or operational improvement • Strong understanding of chart of accounts structure, accounting system workflows, sales and revenue recognition, financial statements, profit and loss, balance sheets, cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgeting, and forecasting • Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting systems preferred • Automotive, collision repair, insurance, or related industry experience strongly preferred • Ability to analyze financial and operational data and translate findings into actionable recommendations • Experience developing and executing project plans, action plans, and strategic initiatives • Ability to influence change and drive adoption within client organizations • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Ability to explain accounting and financial concepts clearly and practically • Strong time management, organization, and follow-through • High attention to detail and documentation quality • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, client-facing environment • Ability to balance strategic advisory work with hands-on implementation support • Executive presence and experience delivering presentations virtually and in person • Ability to communicate insights, recommendations, financial concepts, and operational improvement opportunities • Experience developing client-facing deliverables, presentation materials, reports, and training content • Ability to facilitate discussions with shop owners, leadership teams, accounting staff, and operational managers • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, OneNote, Teams, and Adobe • CCC ONE experience preferred • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus • Experience using accounting systems, financial reports, spreadsheets, and KPI dashboards • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%-50% • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations nationwide • Ability to work independently with clients while maintaining alignment with internal account teams and ELEVATE leadership • A video interview is required; candidates may not use generative AI or automated assistance during interviews unless explicitly allowed
