📋 Description

• Sell the complete line of CCC products and related services to customers and prospects • Manage personal business expenses within company-approved guidelines • Maintain proficiency in CCC’s product suite, articulate product value, provide technical assistance, and support customer satisfaction • Create annual revenue forecasts and expense budgets for the assigned territory • Implement the required sales process and maintain Salesforce CRM activity tracking, pipeline management, and competitive intelligence • Analyze industry trends and the competitive landscape to generate plans for achieving sales objectives • Develop Regional MSO sales plans aligned with short- and long-range objectives • Support the Automotive Service Group’s National Account Team with account plans • Collaborate with Client Solution Advisors and Inside Sales Representatives to maximize revenue growth and customer retention • Assist with customer retention efforts • Attend trade shows, conventions, and association meetings • Conduct weekly team calls/reports covering sales, customer trends, and the competitive landscape • Drive top-line revenue growth, increase market share, manage expenses, and maximize profitability within the assigned territory • Provide direction and support to the sales team within the assigned geographic territory • This position has no direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Demonstrated competency in related technical field or equivalent in industry experience • Minimum of 3 years of direct selling experience • Must live in or be willing to relocate to Central Connecticut, Massachusetts, or Rhode Island • Must be able to perform a field-based role involving territory planning, daily travel, and face-to-face meetings • 50–70% travel required • A video interview is required • Candidates are not permitted to use generative AI or automated assistance during interviews unless explicitly allowed
