📋 Description
• Serve as the execution and adoption engine of the Transformation office • Manage the enterprise initiative roadmap • Build and maintain enterprise dashboards and tracking systems • Partner closely with executive sponsors • Lead the end-to-end execution of priority initiatives • Design and institutionalize a consistent change management approach • Define and track adoption metrics
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field (Master’s degree a plus) • Minimum of 5+ years of related experience in change management, project management, or operations • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Monday.com experience preferred
