📋 Description

• Comply with all CDK Global policies and procedures • Complete all required compliance tasks and acknowledge receipt • Meet or exceed all performance expectations • Travel up to 50% of the time • Drive up to 25% of the time • Manage issues and direct customers to appropriate support resources • Help customers define their strategy for CDK solutions: work with customers to ensure they understand CDK products and how to best use them to meet their individual needs and goals • Maintain established relationships with dealership leadership • Demonstrate expertise in CDK products, establishing a reputation as a trusted advisor • Assess dealership risk factors, identify risk mitigation strategies to ensure continued success of CDK applications and new opportunities for layered applications • Prepare client-specific reports and presentations aimed at educating and driving growth within the client organization • Identify opportunities and develop a plan to meet dealership staff training needs • Collaborate with Sales to become a key asset in growing CDK business with the client • Identify and successfully implement retention strategies for “at-risk” customers • Develop a productive working relationship with senior CSMs; provide occasional assistance to senior CSMs as needed • Solicit and listen to feedback • Use Totango to document conversations and value-added engagements with dealer partners.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Valid driver’s license / travel documentation (if applicable) • Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service, marketing, or sales • B2B or external sales or account management in a similar industry • Knowledge of CDK applications and familiarity with the automotive industry • Deep understanding of varied dealership operations or experience training dealership staff on software applications and processes • Experience with Salesforce • Strong sense of urgency • Strong communication skills with peers and customers, both verbal and written • Ability to work as a team member with minimal supervision • Time management and ability to complete tasks by set deadlines • Ability to travel to client sites • Proficiency in Canadian French preferred (desired qualification).
