📋 Description
• Adhere to all CDK Global policies and procedures • Meet or exceed all performance expectations • Travel up to 50% of the time • Manage inquiries and direct clients to appropriate support resources • Maintain established relationships with dealer management • Prepare client-specific reports and presentations • Partner with Sales to help drive business growth
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma • Valid driver’s license / travel documentation • Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service, marketing, or sales • B2B or outside sales, or account management experience in a similar industry • Knowledge of CDK applications and familiarity with the automotive industry • Experience with Salesforce • Strong sense of urgency • Strong communication skills
