📋 Description

• Manage the Accounts Payable inbox and process invoices accurately and timely • Create and maintain vendor records and payment information • Collect W-9s and ACH/remittance documentation • Maintain 1099 vendor/contractor listings and support annual 1099 processing • Enter vendor invoices into Sage Intacct and route them for review and approval • Monitor Accounts Payable workflows and follow up on outstanding approvals • Communicate with vendors and employees about invoices and billing documentation • Retrieve recurring invoices from vendor portals • Support P&L, prepaid expense, and out-of-pocket expense reviews • Support monthly employee expense reports, Expensify, and corporate credit card activity • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding in Expensify and corporate card systems • Review expense reports and provide basic Expensify troubleshooting • Assist with monthly corporate credit card reconciliations • Provide bank statements and documentation for monthly bank reconciliations • Research bank transactions and escalate suspicious, unusual, or unidentified transactions • Support Finance and Accounting projects, financial analysis, year-end audit requests, and process improvements • Maintain organized Finance files and collaborate cross-functionally • Optionally support Accounts Receivable, billing, month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
