📋 Description

• Enhance the Call Analytics tool with advanced sentiment analysis and quality scoring for the Technical Support Organization • Participate in designing and developing the Cost Profiling tool to help Project Managers forecast project cost schedules • Participate in designing and developing a KPI Outlier Detection program to provide executives with advanced warning signals • Participate in designing and developing Order Plan forecasting to help the Product Line Management team evaluate long-term business evolution • Contribute to new Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence-based Advanced Analytics capabilities • Support data reporting and analysis capabilities across the transactional spectrum from Sales Opportunities to Post Sales Services

🎯 Requirements

• Actively enrolled in a degree program in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar program with some level of formal learning in Data Science • Interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills to facilitate relationships with stakeholders and other team members • Commitment to on-time delivery • Comfort working mostly remotely in a global organization, considering global time-zones • Ability to work independently to prioritize activities and set functional goals/objectives • Attention to detail to ensure data completeness and accuracy • Computer proficiency in MS Office — Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook • Practical experience with Data Science concepts and tools (nice to have) • Experience with Power BI or other Analytics, Modeling and Visualization tools (nice to have)
