📋 Description
• Targets new customers in selected market space(s) • Generates opportunities for new business growth • Manages internal new product development (NPD), testing, computer-aided engineering and external developments to drive projects to close • Works with new customers to determine potential applications and best Celanese material solutions • Works with Account Manager at existing customers to develop new applications and provide technical support as needed • Provides technical support at existing customers as needed • Manages Technical Exchanges at new and existing customers
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or Technical Field • 5 Years in plastics or related field • Technical and business or market development experience required • Ability to work with customers to develop a tailored solution • Develop deep customer and market knowledge • Ability to interact, influence and facilitate at several levels of the organization • Must be willing to prospect for new customers/projects and develop strategies for identifying and targeting new customers and segment strategies • Willingness to travel - 50%
