📋 Description

• Report to the Regional Manager • Serve as a Celsius brand ambassador across grocery, specialty, health club, and convenience store distribution channels • Plan and carry out merchandising initiatives • Call on target accounts • Speak with managers to sell in PDQs, displays, and end-cap placement in stores • Communicate sales leads and incremental opportunities to the Celsius territory manager • Expand product distribution as approved by store managers within account-type guidelines • Stock and merchandise shelves, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers according to designated brand flow • Rotate backstock to displays, racks, cold space, and warm shelves according to account guidelines • Place point-of-sale materials as approved by account managers • Participate in new store openings and store reset support • Take pictures and include photos with weekly reporting documents • Conduct demos upon request • Maintain an organized list of target/key accounts for weekly and monthly planning • Communicate with territory, district, and regional sales managers as needed • Make 15-20 account calls per day • Track and complete account calls within the Celsius sales app • Submit weekly work logs including mileage • Complete other assigned records or documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience working in retail or merchandising • High school diploma or GED • Ability to work flexible hours, 40 hr. work week (Wednesday – Sunday) • Motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude • Must be a self-starter and team player • Excellent driving record and insurance/license required • Personal vehicle to use • Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively internally as well as with external contacts • Excellent problem-solving abilities • Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced industry • Candidate must live in within their county area • Valid U.S. Driver’s License required; applicants must pass an MVR screening
