• Report to the Director, National Accounts and drive development and growth of Celsius products in National Retailers • Set go-to-market strategy, build joint business plans, cultivate partnerships, and align cross-functional efforts to drive revenue and brand visibility • Serve as the primary point of contact for HQ leaders and decision-makers to drive sales growth • Monitor, evaluate, and report on performance of assigned key accounts using tools like IRI and Power BI • Support sales forecasting and production planning to align with customer demand • Collaborate with distributor network and senior management to align business objectives and executional plans • Build and maintain strategic relationships with national retail partners and align on annual business plans, investments, shopper marketing plans, and performance scorecards • Manage key account pricing execution and promotional calendars, including coordination with DSD partners • Primary focus on National Accounts – Convenience, Drug and Dollar
• 5+ years of selling experience in the consumer products industry (National account experience required; RTD beverage experience preferred) • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced business coursework preferred • Knowledge of the beverage industry and how to execute direct sales, order management and logistics • Knowledge and experience of internal functions in CPG (Sales Resources, Business Planning, Marketing, Customer Service) • Strong business acumen, presentation skills, and cross-functional leadership skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools (e.g., IRI, Excel, Power BI) • Must be able to travel ~40%, including overnight • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds • Must live within 1 hour of a major international airport • This is a driving position: valid U.S. Driver’s License required and applicants must pass an MVR screening
