📋 Description

• After individual onboarding, you will support our Performance Management and Analytics projects with a focus on functional design and implementation • Work closely with our clients to analyze, design and further develop performance management and analytics • Prepare and facilitate workshops and align complex content with diverse stakeholders • Develop holistic control approaches for planning, forecasting and KPI management • Create target visions, roadmaps and functional concepts to advance corporate performance management • Translate functional requirements into clear concepts and support the selection of suitable technical solutions • Implement CPM solutions on low-code and no-code platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree with a focus on business administration, engineering or computer science (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Business Informatics) • Interest or experience in Performance Management, Analytics and corporate performance management and motivation to further develop in these areas • Strategic and analytical mindset and enjoyment in presenting complex relationships in a clear manner • Initial or solid experience with BI and CPM tools such as Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Board or similar solutions • Strong communication skills and confident presence with clients in German and English • Self-initiative, team spirit and enjoyment of consulting work
