📋 Description

• Supervise execution of assigned projects within a defined program delivery model • Coordinate task assignments, schedules, and handoffs across daily operations • Monitor protocol adherence, documentation quality, and system data accuracy • Prepare status reporting and stakeholder communications to track milestones and deliverables • Identify training needs and deliver refresher enablement • Escalate risks, issues, and dependency conflicts with recommended corrective actions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • 3+ years of experience in change management, process improvement, project management, or a related field required • Less than 2 years of experience in a management capacity preferred • Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile methodology (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agile), continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent certification preferred • Strong business and financial acumen • Advanced analytical skills • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders • Organized and detail-oriented, with ability to meet deadlines while multitasking • Efficient problem-solving and adaptability to change • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
