📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visual analytics solutions • Build, enhance, and support data transformation and reporting solutions using Databricks, SQL, and enterprise BI tools • Develop, optimize, and maintain SSIS ETL workflows • Create and manage data models, semantic layers, and reporting datasets • Gather and clarify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Partner with Infrastructure, Networks, Web/Application Development, Data Engineering, and other IT teams • Establish standardized methods for extracting, integrating, and structuring enterprise and operational data • Analyze complex datasets and present business-relevant findings • Develop datasets supporting AI enablement • Apply pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy services knowledge to reporting solutions • Develop reporting for business performance management, customer reporting, operational analytics, and strategic initiatives • Ensure data quality, consistency, integrity, and governance • Produce functional and technical documentation • Deliver training, support, and knowledge transfer to end users • Communicate technical concepts and data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Contribute to BI standards, development processes, reporting frameworks, and analytics capabilities • Support special projects and occasional travel up to 5%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field • 7 to 10 years of directly related experience in business intelligence, business analytics, reporting, or data development roles • 5+ years' experience with Databricks • 5+ years' experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, report design, DAX, Power Query, data modelling, and publishing best practices • Strong experience with SQL for querying, data transformation, validation, and performance optimization • Demonstrated experience with SSIS and traditional ETL/data integration workflows • Experience with Databricks or similar modern data platform technologies for analytics engineering or data transformation • Strong knowledge of data modelling, data warehousing concepts, and BI solution design • Experience developing solutions for business users, leadership teams, and external clients • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate across technical and business teams • Databricks-related certifications are highly desirable • Preferred: experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industry environments; pharmacy services; SAP BusinessObjects; Crystal Reports; advanced Excel reporting; data governance; reporting controls; enterprise reporting standards; user training and BI adoption
