📋 Description

• Build the capability to measure whether learning experiences are working and how to improve them • Establish a consistent approach to measuring effectiveness across on-demand, live, virtual, blended, and experiential learning • Define standards connecting learning objectives to knowledge, retention, application, behavior change, and performance • Embed evaluation, assessment, and learner feedback into learning experiences • Use learning data, assessments, and feedback to identify what is working and where to improve • Advise portfolio leaders on refining learning assets, programs, modalities, and learner journeys • Establish reporting standards, scorecards, dashboards, and cadences across Cencora University • Lead quarterly learning impact reviews for executive sponsors • Provide L&D teams with shared standards, templates, playbooks, and reporting support • Create executive-ready reporting highlighting trends, implications, and actions • Provide visibility into investments across programs, content, vendors, and platforms • Partner with Finance to monitor spend, identify variances, and inform investment decisions • Document efficiencies from transformation work and validate savings • Automate data collection, reporting, analysis, and recurring operational work • Use AI to synthesize feedback, surface themes, and accelerate reporting • Connect learning measurement with skills, talent, workforce, and employee experience data • Lead and develop a team responsible for learning measurement, evaluation, reporting, learner feedback, and continuous improvement • Build partnerships across Cencora University, L&D, Talent Insights, WXM, Finance, vendors, and business teams

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Learning & Development, Learning Operations, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a related field • Experience leading teams in a complex, global organization • Experience in learning measurement, evaluation, reporting, or learning operations • Experience partnering with instructional designers and L&D leaders to improve learning outcomes • Experience managing learning vendors, partners, budgets, or investment portfolios • Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders • Demonstrated use of AI, automation, or emerging technology to improve learning or business operations • Understanding of adult learning, instructional design, assessment, retention, behavior change, and learning transfer • Comfortable experimenting with AI and automation • Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and turn findings into clear stories • Commercial understanding of cost, value, and trade-offs
