📋 Description

• Perform business analysis activities in accordance with Innomar’s software development methodology • Support projects within a specific portfolio area independently or with Portfolio associates • Collect business requirements and functional specifications • Document requirements as user stories or use cases • Collaborate with business partners, solution architects, developers, and QA teams • Review QA test plans and associated test case scenarios • Establish and maintain relationships with business units and software vendors • Assist with System Development Life Cycle phases for package and custom solutions • Participate in project meetings and joint application design sessions • Investigate and document detailed requirements • Interact with IT staff, business area management, portfolio managers, vendors, consultants, and contractors • Lead conversations to identify and evaluate project risks and propose mitigation solutions • Learn digital systems to an expert level • Participate in project meetings across multiple workstreams for system enhancements and new systems • Develop and lead self through skills and industry training • Promote and support Cencora policies, procedures, mission, vision, and core values

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, business information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • 8+ years of experience in technical product management, technical project management, business systems analysis, application delivery, or a related field required • Certification in project management, customer success management, service management, agile delivery, or product implementation preferred • Knowledge of business principles, processes, and technology • Analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills for technical product and delivery issues • Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to build productive working relationships across customer, engineering, business, and management groups • Ability to present strategies, plans, and technical information clearly and actionable • Ability to plan and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Strong organization and attention to detail • Knowledge of business process modeling and system development lifecycle practices • Knowledge of web development, e-commerce platforms, and enterprise application environments • Working knowledge of enterprise platform architecture and capabilities • Master's degree preferred
