📋 Description

• Lead centralized resources and support programs by providing ready-now resources for operational activities • Lead the centralized copay team in copay processing, process improvement, and KPI performance • Implement and oversee standardized quality control across all programs • Provide oversight and support for planning and operational implementation of program changes • Promote quality standards across programs with Program Management • Continuously develop centralized program operations • Review staffing capacity and quality processes with Program Management and recommend process improvements • Interface with Program Management, accounting, CSL, Innomar Pharmacy/Partners, and clients regarding copay services • Maintain Innomar Program SOPs and standard process flows • Support review and updates to program-specific SOPs and work instructions • Establish and monitor best practices for enhanced telephony performance, including real-time monitoring • Enable Field Case Manager best practices and operational standards • Participate in projects focused on operational activities for Specialty Services Programs • Support new program launches with subject-matter expertise • Develop, mentor, and manage direct reports or other program team members; assign work and guide delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education • Minimum seven (7) years of experience • Minimum seven (7) years of experience, including at least five (5) years in a progressive management role • Knowledge of reimbursement, patient assistance programs, database elements and functionality, and operational policies and processes • Experience with full-service call center programs • Demonstrated change management leadership • Project and operational management expertise • Knowledge of Lean-Sigma or another continuous improvement methodology is an asset • Experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech industry is an asset • Strong operational knowledge • Exceptional project management skills • Analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks along a parallel process • Strong decision-making capabilities • Critical thinking and creative, innovative problem-solving skills • Strong industry and company business knowledge • Strategic thinking and long-term planning experience • Bilingualism (French and English) strongly preferred • Ability to proficiently use computers and good knowledge of Microsoft Office • Strong analytical and mathematical skills • Strong business acumen • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to develop and grow talent • Strong organizational agility and ability to manage teams through change
