📋 Description

• Direct enterprise portfolio and program execution to achieve strategic outcomes across cross-unit integrations • Oversee portfolio governance, prioritization, and performance reporting for investment decisions and risk management • Establish portfolio and program standards, frameworks, and metrics • Direct cross-functional dependency management and integrated delivery planning • Connect strategy, operations, and execution • Establish and manage vendor partnerships, contracts, and performance governance • Influence enterprise stakeholders to align roadmaps, funding, and delivery priorities with strategic goals • Set expectations, conduct performance reviews, make talent decisions, and develop the team • Lead programs defining and delivering large-scale enterprise projects of $100M+

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • 12+ years of experience in technology project management, program management, agile delivery environments, change management, or a related field required • 8+ years of experience in a management capacity required • Master's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred • Certification in PMP, PGMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM I, or equivalent certification preferred • Experience using enterprise portfolio tools • Experience developing and managing enterprise-level budgets using portfolio management tools • Experience with agile delivery tools and project/program backlogs • Portfolio data extraction and analysis • MS Project • MS Excel, including multi-sheet workbooks, filters, functions, and pivot tables • MS PowerPoint • Power BI and MS Word • MS Visio • MS Outlook
