📋 Description

• Define and deliver the enterprise digital and technology strategy for the eCommerce and Digital Transformation domain • Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and measurable outcomes • Coordinate domain-level planning sessions and align digital, technology, and business priorities • Support the SVP, e-Commerce & Digital Transformation in executive governance processes • Prepare for board, executive committee, and steering group meetings • Report on technology investments, KPIs, and enterprise digital transformation progress • Track and manage progress against goals and objectives • Draft, review, and manage executive communications, presentations, and updates • Ensure consistent communication of the digital and technology vision to stakeholders • Build relationships across the eCommerce and Digital Transformation leadership team, functional leaders, and external partners • Anticipate stakeholder needs and address risks, roadblocks, or misalignment • Connect leadership team members and ensure collaboration and alignment on priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field and Master's degree or MBA required • 12+ years of experience in technology strategy, operations, consulting, or related leadership roles • Strong track record in enterprise digital/technology transformation and governance • Exceptional communication and executive presence • Ability to distill complex topics into clear, compelling narratives • Experience in program management, portfolio management, or chief of staff-style roles highly desirable • Proven ability to influence and build relationships across senior leadership and diverse stakeholders • Ability to connect strategy, operations, and execution • Ability to serve as a thought partner and sounding board for the SVP, e-Commerce & Digital Transformation • Proven ability to bring discipline, structure, and rigor into processes and programs • Ability to craft clear, compelling messages for executive and board audiences • Ability to guide organizations through transformation with clarity, empathy, and accountability
