📋 Description

• Build trust and influence with customers and maintain relationships • Responsible for preventative maintenance, onsite and remote service and support • Troubleshoot and problem solve equipment issues • Install parts, perform electrical work, plumbing, welding, and fabrication • Transport and deliver equipment to customer sites • Adjust dosage for feed additives using Micro Weigh System software • Perform operational tests and maintain FDA files for customers • Train customer staff on equipment operation and inventory control • Educate customer management on new products and programs

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent • Knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, welding, and fabrication • Experience and understanding of feed yard operations helpful • Experience with use of power tools and volt meters • Ability to read electrical diagrams and follow instructions • Requires computer skills, including Microsoft Office • Must be able to read and understand English • Good customer service skills and a sense of urgency • Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required • Must be able to obtain a health card
