📋 Description

• Develop architecture and design while informing requirements, verification, and validation • Define requirements, verify, and validate system interoperability • Lead integration of engineering disciplines to deliver system solutions that meet the needs of customers and development partners • Co-lead with Product Management the baseline interoperability objectives for projects • Oversee development of user needs and lower-level decompositions of requirements • Lead multi-disciplinary product development teams to implement project’s interoperability requirements • Drive interoperability testing, troubleshooting, and certification efforts, including participation in IHE Connectathons

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a science-related field • At least 12 years of engineering experience, with experience in interoperability of medical and imaging systems • Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams • Customer-facing experience in collecting tailored needs • Extensive hands-on experience with DICOM standards and IHE integration profiles, including implementation, validation, and troubleshooting of interoperability workflows • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills • Clear and concise writing and communication skills
