📋 Description

• Analyze contact center workload to build resourcing and optimize scheduling plans • Develop staffing schedules to maximize resource efficiency and meet customer demand • Analyze contact center volumes, trends, productivities, unexpected absences, schedule deviations, and operational disruptions • Evaluate forecasted workload to build resourcing and scheduling plans • Analyze centralized versus decentralized queue strategies and their impact on service level, average speed of answer, and staff adherence • Analyze key performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations • Assess staff productivity and prepare feedback for supervisory staff • Maintain records of schedules, time-off requests, and staffing information • Produce scheduled and ad-hoc reports on contact center effectiveness and efficiency • Assist in developing workforce management policies and procedures • Comply with policies and standards • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of related experience, or equivalent experience acquired through applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill • Ability to prioritize, perform independent decision making, and manage time effectively preferred
