📋 Description

• Develop strategic direction and provide operational support for complex, cross-functional CenterWell Home Health priorities • Develop strategy roadmaps and metrics to solve complex challenges and drive operational outcomes • Analyze current operations and workflows to identify improvement areas • Collaborate with stakeholders from field teams to senior leadership • Lead cross-functional project teams to define opportunities, present findings, build alignment, and implement strategic initiatives • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring impact, timely delivery, and adherence to metrics • Use quantitative and qualitative data to support strategy development, pilot design, and decision-making • Develop tool and dashboard strategies for ongoing performance tracking and decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy consulting or 6 years of corporate strategy / operations work, workforce planning, or related discipline • Must have independently led significant, quantifiable business impact in fast-paced strategic environments • Experience in strategy, business operations, or workforce planning • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software • Able to author and present materials for Management Team / CEO-level audiences with limited guidance • Track record of setting and achieving performance metrics and KPIs • Proven project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and multiple initiatives simultaneously • Experience working cross-functionally with HR, data teams, and operations • Familiarity with change management principles and tools • Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strategic thinker; self-starter; detail oriented and organized; adaptable; tech-savvy • Passion for improving home healthcare outcomes and experience • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Must work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
