📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of projects from start to finish, ensuring completion on time and within budget • Lead complex healthcare, technical, and pharmacy initiatives from planning through execution • Develop and manage project plans and governance • Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors • Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations • Track financials, milestones, and outcomes • Provide executive reporting and communication • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years technical project management experience • Healthcare, Medicare or pharmacy experience • Experience with Agile methodologies • PMP preferred • Strong leadership skills • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information • Ability to work 40 hours per week
