📋 Description

• Architect, design, and implement state-of-the-art Generative AI models, including autoregressive, diffusion, Discrete Diffusion, and Hybrid SSM models • Port Generative AI models to any hardware platform • Train, fine-tune, and optimize LLM/MLLM models for accuracy, naturalness, and performance • Collaborate with agentic AI scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to develop customized LLM/MLLM solutions • Integrate LLMs/MLLMs into existing applications • Optimize application performance and speed on resource-constrained platforms • Monitor advancements and incorporate new techniques, technologies, and best practices in Generative AI, Conversational AI, and language modeling • Follow workplace security protocols and training programs • Report suspicious activity and adhere to corporate security and compliance procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience and demonstrated mastery in developing LLM/MLLMs • Experience with commercial deployments, post-deployment support, model profiling, and optimization for production environments • Experience deploying models in different languages preferable • Advanced degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field • Exceptional programming skills in Python • Ability to implement complex machine learning algorithms • Proven track record developing conversational AI systems • Experience with acoustic models, language models, and pronunciation models • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities • Collaborative mindset • Basic knowledge of information security and data privacy requirements • Demonstrative knowledge of information security through internal training programs
