📋 Description

• Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of Chainguard images, helping customers build securely with open source software across their organization • Partner with AEs, SEs, CSMs, and Support to understand customer goals and pain points, and drive account strategies, value realization, and retention • Act as “customer zero” by testing and documenting solutions and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience • Maintain the highest quality standards for Chainguard images • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface customer requirements and help prioritize solutions • Maintain account-level architecture documentation • Share best practices and lessons learned across the organization • Collaborate with, teach, and continue learning alongside the Chainguard team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience developing high-performance, multi-tier applications • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containers • 2+ years in a pre- or post-sales customer-facing role • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for engineers through executives • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field • Strong working knowledge of software development processes, practices, and engineering design concepts • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering teams and business partners • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
