📋 Description

• Support the management and reconciliation of company credit card transactions and other corporate travel-related accounts • Work directly with the Finance team to ensure travel expenses are appropriately categorized • Work with employees and external vendors to gather invoices and receipts • Review and approve expense reports through SAP Concur in alignment with applicable policies and budgetary considerations • Answer questions and support team members with travel expenses and SAP Concur as needed • Order supplies for traveling team members and track supply levels • Support development of travel itineraries based on travel arrangements booked by the Travel team • Provide additional administrative and operational support as required

🎯 Requirements

• at least 2 years of experience in administrative/financial coordination and expense processing • Experience with SAP Concur • A high standard for quality, accuracy, and detail • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client service • ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders • Competence in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, emails and presentations • Passion for community-centered programs with a focus on reconciliation and partnership with Indigenous communities • Experience working with or alongside Indigenous communities or organizations is preferred • Successful candidates will be required to complete a Criminal Record Check as a condition of employment.
