📋 Description

• Develop and manage a full-service Professional Beauty Direct to Salon Sales team within Ontario • Manage some National Accounts within Canada for the professional beauty business • Drive profitable net sales growth across Direct-to-Salon and National Accounts • Build and sustain long-term professional salon partnerships • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team • Translate data, insights, and field feedback into action plans • Manage and mentor an established selling team of 7 people • Target, profile, and convert key prospective salons into customers • Establish effective relationships with other departments • Create value for customers by leveraging programs such as Wella Rewards points. • Monthly Top to Top review with one up manager detailing opportunities and obstacles.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational/time management skills • Minimum of 2 years people manager experience • Effective oral and written communication • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Copilot and Social Media • Valid Driver’s Licence • Bachelor’s Degree and/or experience in B2B sales • Professional beauty experiences an asset but not required.
