📋 Description

• Build, manage, and expand senior-level relationships with Fortune 500 brands (and their media agencies.) • Drive business development with US based brands, delivering against ambitious revenue and growth targets. • Develop and execute verticalized go-to-market strategies aligned with global priorities. • Lead strategic conversations with C-level and VP-level stakeholders at clients and agencies. • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and upselling. • Partner with internal teams (Sales, CSM, Product, Marketing) to deliver best-in-class client solutions. • Create and maintain short- and long-term account plans to ensure retention, growth, and renewal. • Regularly represent Channel Factory at industry events, thought leadership forums, and client meetings. • Leverage Salesforce and other tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking. • All other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience in digital media, ad tech, or a related industry, with a strong track record in business development and sales. • Extensive senior network across North American advertisers (and their media agencies.) • Expertise in media buying models (programmatic, DSPs, PMDs, bidding platforms). • Strong communication skills: written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation. • Proven ability to lead high-level negotiations and close multi-million-dollar deals. • Highly analytical with advanced Excel and reporting skills. • Experience managing campaigns and partnerships in YouTube, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or other major digital platforms. • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate client needs into innovative partnership solutions, a solution- and client-first approach. • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. • Salesforce experience strongly preferred. • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent a plus. • This role will involve travel for in-person collaboration, meetings, trainings, etc.
