📋 Description

• Collect and manage timesheets daily, ensuring vendors receive timesheets and approvals for services rendered • Staff temporary labor requests and order requests daily with appropriate vendor partners based on skill set, location, and budget constraints • Recognize and staff qualified temporary, contract, and project-based personnel for diverse client expectations • Assist with staffing large project rollouts, ensuring project details, set budget rates, and timely project execution are met • Assist with creating and managing reports and graphs • Maintain Excel trackers for all labor demands • Assist with processing third-party labor invoices • Possibly assist with secondary vetting with Outsourced Recruiting Partners • Maintain positive relationships with company management teams • Build and maintain trust and good-standing relationships with vendors

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent • 1–3 years’ experience in 3rd Party staffing is preferred, but other relatable staffing experience may be considered • Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, formulas, merging Excel sheets and data, and creation of graphs • Ability to work with multiple platforms, trackers, and systems • Detail-oriented • Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced workflow • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work under pressure, handle sudden schedule changes, and resolve workforce conflicts calmly and efficiently • Flexibility to handle high-volume staffing surges during peak seasons or sudden shifts in temporary, contract, or project demands • Team-player mindset • Must be available for either a 10 am–6 pm or 11 am–7 pm shift based on EST • Must be available to work every other weekend, subject to peak seasons and workflow • Ability to be on virtual calls requiring camera view • Ability to regularly sit, talk, and/or hear • Ability to occasionally carry and lift up to 10 lbs • Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
