📋 Description

• Own Payouts execution end-to-end, from ACH toward same-day pay and new payment methods • Execute thoroughly on well-scoped problems with strong judgment • Identify edge cases before release and maintain a high quality bar • Decide when to act independently and when to escalate to a manager • Partner with engineering, operations, and external partners to ship reliably • Engage directly with partners to understand payout workflows and translate insights into product decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Product management experience in technology companies • Track record of thorough, low-iteration execution on well-scoped work • Good judgment about when to escalate versus handle something independently • Comfort partnering with engineering, operations, and external partners to drive projects to completion • Willingness to attend the annual 3-day company offsite in the spring • Payments experience is a plus, but not required • Ability to perform all responsibilities remotely without distraction or disruption while maintaining quality, effective communication, and productivity • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
