📋 Description

• Manage and monitor the asset recovery process across the assigned region • Lead, support, and guide Asset Recovery Representatives • Collaborate with Logistics and asset management teams to optimize collections and resource allocation • Oversee transportation costs and use cost-effective carriers and methods • Track and resolve operational issues involving transport, collections, and customer interactions • Ensure safety standards and zero-harm compliance across recovery operations • Analyze collection performance and provide weekly reports and recommendations • Drive continuous improvement of asset recovery processes, hardware, tools, and resources • Direct leadership of up to 30 LVR Representatives • Ensure compliance with DOT, safety, reporting, and other expectations • Improve collection volume and operational efficiency • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Operations Planning, Global Asset Productivity, and internal support teams • Oversee integration of other CHEP service areas with LVR • Oversee P&L performance of the LVR fleet • Maintain staffing and CIFOT/DIFOT service levels • Partner with account owners to drive volume, efficiency, and customer satisfaction • Develop and manage continuous improvement initiatives for LVR Fleet Management

🎯 Requirements

• Must live within the Mid-Atlantic territory and be reasonably close to a major airport • Ability to travel 50% within the region • High School Diploma Required • 3-5+ years People Leadership Experience • 3+ years of P&L management/ownership • Development of Performance Reporting/KPI program • Strong leadership skills • Understanding of CHEP’s Asset Management strategies • Familiarity with current LTL/Route optimization strategies • Familiarity with DOT Regulations • Ability to lead complex regional transportation execution plans • Comfortable making adjustments to established plans “on-the-fly” • Strong communication and presentation skills • Self-motivated • Customer focused • Familiar with CHEP’s supply chain and general strategy • Able to communicate logistical challenges with other business functions • Comfortable providing direction to indirect reports • Ability to create and execute a vision within a new solutions environment • Leadership of complex teams • Transportation Management Systems • Microsoft Office • DOT eLog Systems (e.g., JJ Keller Encompass) • Customer Service Strategies • P&L Management • Salesforce • Strategic Workforce Planning
